From the start, the contact with Jelmer was very pleasant. No question was too much for him and even when there were developments, I was kept informed by phone, WhatsApp or email about every little thing. He answered questions outside office hours as well. Selling a house is an exciting matter that you don't do often. Jelmer brought me up to speed on various things of which I had no knowledge. Looking back at this exciting period, it turned out to be much less stressful than I thought because I was so well guided through the process.
