We are extremely satisfied with Steenhuis Real Estate and in particular our real estate agent Jelmer Sterken. The contact was always proactive, pleasant, and above all very knowledgeable. Jelmer really knows what he is talking about: he knows the market inside out. What we particularly appreciate is that he is not only knowledgeable but also realistic and transparent in his advice. No empty promises, but honest assessments that you can actually use. Appointments were always kept neatly and we could rely on everything being arranged thoroughly. Moreover, someone was always reachable for questions, often even outside office hours. Very nice indeed, which made switching always easy.
