A carefree sale that cost me virtually no effort, except for the cleaning and packing for the photos. But when you're moving, that has to be done anyway. The real estate agent often gave good advice and was excellently reachable. Highly recommended.

Jelmer, our real estate agent at Steenhuis, was initially the selling agent of the house that we have now become owners of. The contact was already good back then, even though he acted in the best interest of the seller of that house, which made us decide to ask him to handle the sale of our own home. This was done after thorough consultations with all parties involved at the time. Jelmer is serious and knowledgeable about matters. He's always available, almost 24/7, to answer our questions while listening carefully to our wishes and/or expectations. He is very honest about what can or cannot be done, which is reassuring! Additionally, as a buyer or seller, you are kept well informed of all developments through Move, an experience we found pleasant. Fortunately for us, Jelmer also managed to achieve the maximum possible price when selling our home. Everything could have been rated a 10, but there should always be room for improvement.
