Minervaflat Assen equipped with new KPN internet cabling. After completion, the cables run visibly over the wall outside, fixed in place with ties. Very unprofessional and it looks terrible. Reported several times to mediator Steenhuis, but no action is being taken. Unfortunately I cannot post the photos here. You won't believe your eyes... #steenhuis #metterwoon #kpn

After a request for valuation of the property, realtor Jelmer visited us. In a follow-up conversation, he listened carefully to our wishes and responded well to them. Throughout the entire process of buying/selling, Jelmer and also the rest of the team guided us perfectly. If there were questions, they were listened to carefully. Where possible, solutions were proposed. Even after working hours, the realtors were easily reachable. If we sent a message with a question/remark after 6 PM, we quickly received a response back. In short, very satisfied with Steenhuis real estate in Assen.
