After a request for valuation of the property, realtor Jelmer visited us. In a follow-up conversation, he listened carefully to our wishes and responded well to them. Throughout the entire process of buying/selling, Jelmer and also the rest of the team guided us perfectly. If there were questions, they were listened to carefully. Where possible, solutions were proposed. Even after working hours, the realtors were easily reachable. If we sent a message with a question/remark after 6 PM, we quickly received a response back. In short, very satisfied with Steenhuis real estate in Assen.

Much pleasant contact. Good accessibility. Clear explanation of the process. It is often forgotten that buying or selling a house is not everyday work for the customer. One hour once for a viewing is rather too little.

Prettig contact met Jelmer en de binnendienst.Jelmer is betrokken en verdiept zich in de situatie van de klant.Hij kwam met een eerlijk verhaal vooraf en een duidelijke visie op de prijsstelling, waardoor wij gekozen hebben voor hem.Tijdens het gehele proces duidelijke en open communicatie naar alle partijen wat misverstanden voorkwam.Ondanks dat deze makelaar de duurste was die we uitgenodigd hadden is het mij zeer goed bevallen en kan ik Steenhuis zeker aanbevelen!
