The real estate agent helped me very well in finding a suitable house. I had several viewings with the agent (before even seeing the houses) to discuss how they matched my wishes and received tips about the houses and their locations. The agent was very reachable and always willing to think along. Buying at an auction is a matter of feeling for the buyer and what the house is worth to them (how high do you want to bid to be more certain of getting the house). In that regard, I made my own choices. The agent did provide information about the estimated value of the house. Overall, it was a very pleasant guidance throughout the entire purchase process

Very nice real estate agency. The contact was pleasant and there was a detailed explanation before the house went on sale. I was involved in the considerations to arrive at a realistic selling price and the service was excellent.
