Six years ago we bought our home through Steenhuis. We then sold our own home via Steenhuis. Now that we have found an even nicer place and therefore had to sell our current home, there was no doubt: I called Jelmer again and once more we are very satisfied with a professional, smooth, friendly, meticulous, passionate sales process! In short: Steenhuis is highly recommended for everyone who wants to buy or sell a house!

From the voluntary intake conversation until after the sale of my apartment, I had a very pleasant cooperation. Direct openness and clarity about the entire process up to the sale. There was no question that Jelmer couldn't answer, and after the order for sale, I was kept better informed than expected by Jelmer. He always called with an update on the progress. With each offer, there was a verbal explanation which I found very pleasant and where you can see that Jelmer is good at his job. The result was a happy buyer and seller. Thank you Steenhuis for the pleasant cooperation, and a big 10 for you.

Ik ben heel blij dat ik een aankoopmakelaar heb genomen. Steenhuis Makelaars is niet een een heel groot makelaars kantoor . Daardoor ben je geen nummer maar is er goed persoonlijk contact met je eigen aangewezen makelaar die je directe contact persoon is. Maar ook als ik belde naar kantoor wisten ze gelijk met wie ze te maken hadden. Ondanks dat ik uiteindelijk zelf een huis heb gevonden dus buiten de makelaar om hebben ze me goed geholpen met de afhandeling ervan. Ik kon altijd terecht met vragen en heb nog zinvolle tips gekregen. Mocht ik weer een makelaar nodig hebben dan is Makelaar Steenhuis de eerste waar ik aan denk!!

Na eerdere positieve ervaringen met Ilse van der Galiën als verkopende makelaar, was het ook nu weer prettig om samen te komen tot een goede verkoop van mijn woning. Er waren voldoende contactmomenten en bij vragen was Ilse goed bereikbaar, De woning is goed gepresenteerd mede dankzij de door Steenhuis ingeschakelde fotograaf. Ik ben dan ook zeer tevreden over de werkzaamheden van het makelaarskantoor Steenhuis onder de uitstekende regie van Ilse wat uiteindelijk heeft geresulteerd in een mooi verkoopresultaat.
