Ilse has guided and assisted my in-laws and us (son and daughter-in-law) throughout the entire process of searching for and purchasing a suitable ground-floor apartment for my in-laws. Additionally, she helped with the sale of the house where they had lived for over 40 years. Hats off to how she handled everything! My in-laws are elderly and could no longer manage it due to health issues. She kept us well informed throughout the entire process and was always punctual for appointments. She thoughtfully considered every step of the process and provided us with good information. She was always reachable during the whole process for any questions and she was flexible. The real estate agent, Jelmer Sterken, was always reachable and if that wasn't the case, I was called back quickly. The completion was meticulously handled, with contact being made the day before the transfer to ensure everything was proceeding as it should.

Fijne verkoop begeleiding. Bij het kennismakingsgesprek duidelijke uitleg hoe het proces zou lopen.De makelaar, Jelmer Sterken, was altijd bereikbaar en als dat niet zo was werd ik snel teruggebeld.De afhandeling was tot in de puntjes verzorgd, waarbij de dag voor de overdracht nog even contact was of alles liep zoals het hoorde.
