Ilse has guided and assisted my in-laws and us (son and daughter-in-law) throughout the entire process of searching for and purchasing a suitable ground-floor apartment for my in-laws. Additionally, she helped with the sale of the house where they had lived for over 40 years. Hats off to how she handled everything! My in-laws are elderly and could no longer manage it due to health issues. She kept us well informed throughout the entire process and was always punctual for appointments. She thoughtfully considered every step of the process and provided us with good information. She was always reachable during the whole process for any questions and she was flexible. She did all this in a very pleasant way, with much respect and patience. At the same time, she intuitively understood what my in-laws and we needed. My in-laws are very happy with the apartment they bought with Ilse's help.
