Fijne verkoop begeleiding. Bij het kennismakingsgesprek duidelijke uitleg hoe het proces zou lopen.De makelaar, Jelmer Sterken, was altijd bereikbaar en als dat niet zo was werd ik snel teruggebeld.De afhandeling was tot in de puntjes verzorgd, waarbij de dag voor de overdracht nog even contact was of alles liep zoals het hoorde.

Hats off to the way Ilse guided my in-laws and us (son and daughter-in-law) through the entire process and everything involved in selling my in-laws' house. My in-laws are of an advanced age and could no longer handle it all due to health problems. She kept us well informed throughout the whole process and was always on time for appointments. She thought carefully about the process and informed us well. She did this all in a very pleasant way, with much respect and patience. At the same time, she intuitively knew what my in-laws and we needed. It's wonderful the way Ilse helped my in-laws and us.

Ilse was clear in her explanation. She is patient and willing to help with filling out forms or providing further clarification if needed. Selling your family home is a complex and emotional process. This process unfolded step by step with Ilse's support and my trust in the process. However, the final part of the process where the house was on the market and offers could be made, and choosing which buyer to go for me felt a bit rushed. Overall, I am satisfied with the choice of the ultimate buyer.

Stone House, Stone Goods"; chosen because of the low-threshold and personal approach. During the process, it was very nice, as if you were selling your house through a good friend. You pay for it, but they are generally somewhat more expensive. You come across Stone House signs in various places, which actually indicates that they have a broad view of the market. A beautiful average score of 9 because going for a 10 would be unrealistic!

Het contact met onze makelaar, Bartjan, verliep soepel en goed. Er werd duidelijk gecommuniceerd en wij wisten waar wij aan toe waren. Elke stap die gezet werd, werden wij in meegenomen. Bartjan is een zeer betrokken makelaar met veel kennis en kunde. Zijn adviezen paste hij goed aan op onze wensen. Bartjan was dan ook, voor ons, altijd bereikbaar.
