Voor mij de eerste verkoop en had meer begeleiding verwacht. Heb veel vragen bij andere partijen moeten nagaan (andere makelaars, notaris, ed). Heeft mij persoonlijk veel (onnodige) stress gegeven.Er was bijna geen persoonlijk contact, veel via telefoon en app en het kantoor was niet toegangkelijk om even binnen te lopen met een vraag. Voor een makelaar dagelijks werk maar voor mij veel onduidelijkheden en onzekerheid. Had meer informatie willen ontvangen over de planning en stappen die doorlopen moeten worden. Wat zeggen de Funda-cijfers, bezichtigingen ingepland zonder overleg, geen tussentijds contact in de voorwaarde financiering fase (overname goederen).Wel een financieel goede verkoop met een goed aantal serieuze bezichtigingen.
