"Dear Mr. Cremers, it's a pity that you think like this here. We have had extensive contact with your representative here, who fully placed us in the right. You forget to mention that you left the property damaged, always washed your dog in the communal shower, did not hand over all keys, we had to have everything cleaned and we had to have all the items you left behind (inside and outside) removed. The deposit (€350,-) was far from sufficient for the costs we incurred. It's a pity that you also try to put me/us in a bad light in this way!
