My lawyer has repeatedly pointed out to me the legal regulations that were not adhered to by this real estate agent. I have received incorrect service orders three times with numerous errors, including even a wrong house number. One order was even crossed out and scribbled on with a pen. A price tag was placed on the property without consultation; the response was that if I had been an agent, I would have had to know better and should have paid for my own building inspection. Finally, they brought in the NVM (Dutch Association of Realtors) when it got too hot under this real estate agent's feet, who then threw in the towel. I hope Mike Gorter is pleased with setting a child of six on the street to subsequently live in the property himself without taking over and stopping the sale. In short, a very bad real estate agent (apparently I am not alone, see review on Facebook). Arrogant, Unreliable, does not keep appointments. Scammers!!!! A warned person counts twice.
