We are first-time buyers and did not expect to be able to find a house so quickly. The real estate agent was also very realistic about this and gave us good tips to make it work. So, we had already reached an agreement on the offer that we did not exceed too much during the third viewing of a house. The real estate agent also took sufficient account of our wishes and was able to provide good input on this. We are very happy with the contact we had with our real estate agent regarding this.
