Unfortunately, a bad experience with this real estate agent. As a seller's agent, he makes many mistakes. He showed the house to two parties at the same time, clearly not well-versed about the property. Questions regarding the seller, neighbors, and the home itself were not answered truthfully. In email correspondence, our salutation was incorrect. At the notary office, photos of us were taken without our consent. It is clear that houses sell themselves in the current market.

4x gebeld, 4 terug bel notities en een mail over mijn interesse in een woning in Oosterhout..geen contact!! Helaas laat de huige markt deze service toe!

We hebben gezocht in ons systeem en zien wel een volledige mailwisseling met, wellicht, u maar kunnen nergens 4 notities terugvinden over een woning in Oosterhout, we hadden er op het moment maar 1 te koop staan in Oosterhout aan de Sint Josephstraat 39. Daarnaast hebben wij geen binnendienst dus alle telefoontjes handelt één van onze 2 makelaars direct zelf af. Wij hebben u ook telefonisch meerdere malen gesproken. Wij hopen dat u zeker weet dat het over ons gaat? Want geen enkele marktomstandigheid laat slechte service toe, vinden wij."
