Unfortunately, a bad experience with this real estate agent. As a seller's agent, he makes many mistakes. He showed the house to two parties at the same time, clearly not well-versed about the property. Questions regarding the seller, neighbors, and the home itself were not answered truthfully. In email correspondence, our salutation was incorrect. At the notary office, photos of us were taken without our consent. It is clear that houses sell themselves in the current market.
