How happy we were as first-time buyers with Henriëtte! We started our search for our first home last October. Since we both had no idea what to expect, we engaged MDM Real Estate. Henriëtte's guidance started immediately; she explained the procedure and her working method, which gave us a lot of insights. After visiting the mortgage advisor Henriëtte had recommended, we started looking. We fell in love immediately with the first house we viewed. After informing Henriëtte, she arranged a second viewing with the seller's real estate agent, again we were enthusiastic and wanted to make an offer. Henriëtte advised us on this and negotiated with the selling party. In addition, she handled all other related matters with the selling real estate agent (valuation, structural inspection). We experienced this as very pleasant since we had no experience ourselves. Thanks to Henriëtte's quick action and clear steps, we managed to buy the house below the asking price and that in this time :)!
