In the period of May to August, we hired MDM real estate agency to help us sell our house. She reacted alertly and quickly, and had already done her homework before the first meeting. She indicated what price similar houses in the street were previously sold for, looked at our house's condition with a positive critical eye, and provided a proposal with a sales strategy. The strategy seemed good to us, and her asking price was well argued. Within 10 working days, photos and video recordings of the house with professional quality were made and placed on Funda. Also, a flyer was distributed in the neighborhood. We could ourselves follow the interest on Funda and a week later, the first viewings were arranged. A week later, the first three offers came in and we could to our satisfaction conclude that there was a good offer. The process from the offer to the sale was meticulously and efficiently accompanied, and in mid-August handover could take place. Looking back, I give the following profile for MDM real estate agency: Professional, efficient, meticulous, focus on customer interest, honest and friendly. At the next opportunity we will call her first.
