From May to August, we hired MDM real estate to help us sell our house. She responded promptly and had done her homework before the first meeting. She informed us of the prices at which similar houses in the street were previously sold, critically but positively assessed the state of maintenance of our home, and proposed a sales strategy. The strategy seemed good to us and her selling price was well-argued. Within 10 working days, professional-quality photos and video recordings of the house had been made and posted on Funda. A flyer was also distributed in the neighborhood. We could follow the interest on Funda ourselves, and a week later, the first viewings took place. Another week later, we received three offers, and to our satisfaction, there was a nice offer. The process from offer to sale was strictly and efficiently guided, and around mid-August, the transfer could take place. Looking back, I give MDM real estate the following profile: professional, efficient, punctual, customer-focused, honest, and friendly. If we need their services again in the future, they will be our first call.
