The collaboration with Henriette was very open and pleasant. She searched for a suitable senior housing option for my parents from October 2021 to June 2022 and found it successfully. My parents, both over 70 years old, did not have a life-long home (either owned or rented). Henriette looked for and found a beautiful and affordable rental home for my parents. She based her search on the wishes of my parents. Without Henriette, my parents and I would not have been able to find a new and safe home so quickly. We are extremely satisfied. Even though we live a bit further away, communication went excellently throughout the entire sales process. We were so happy to have Henriette as our real estate agent from the start! We began our search for our first home in October last year. Since neither of us had any idea what to expect, we contacted MDM Estate Agents. Henriette's guidance started right away; she explained the process and her approach, which gave us a lot of insight straightaway. After visiting the mortgage advisor that Henriette recommended, we began our search for homes. We fell in love with the first house we viewed. After informing Henriette about it, she arranged a second viewing with the seller's agent. Once again, we were enthusiastic and wanted to make an offer. Henriette advised us on this and negotiated with the selling party. She also handled all other additional matters with the selling agent (valuation, structural inspection).
