Last year it was decided to switch from the VvE to Gewoon VvE Beheer (GVB). The preparatory talks went very well, clear agreements were made. This not only involved agreements between the VvE and GVB but also communication between the previous VvE manager and GVB. This process went smoothly and with great satisfaction. There are various matters that require further attention, such as permissions at banks. Even this was resolved in good cooperation. GVB is very proactive in solving all kinds of problems on the complex together with the owners. The board is kept well informed and consulted here.
