Since January 1, 2025, Gewoon VvE Beheer has been the new manager of VvE Ruimteplan DivMag at Het Arsenaal 44 in Den Helder. Gewoon VvE Beheer handles the technical, administrative, and financial management for our VvE. We are very pleased with this collaboration and find Gewoon VvE Beheer to be an experienced and highly involved manager who quickly addresses and resolves issues. The communication between Gewoon VvE Beheer and the board is also of a very high standard. In our opinion, it's a recommendation for any VvE looking for a new manager.
