"Dear Mrs. Dijkman and Mr. Bakker, As you know, you have an agreement with our office. On December 20, 2021, your property was listed online, just before the holidays. I informed you that this is a quiet period for rentals. On January 7, 2022, I had a telephone conversation with you to discuss the rental of your property, which resulted in seven leads. We were scheduled to meet again on January 14, 2022. On January 11, 2022, I received an email from your partner stating that the agreement is being unilaterally terminated by your partner because you were not confident about renting out the property. Meanwhile, you have listed the property with ReMax for rental. It is clearly stated in the agreements that our office has the right to exclusivity. It must be clear that you and your partner cannot deny that there has been a breach of contract on your part. I find it unfortunate that this review needs to be written; however, it is my duty to tell the other side of the story. A story always has two sides, as in this case. For the 3rd time going private to rent via De Huurwoning Bemiddelaar and this always experienced as positive. They think along with you and keep you informed about the process. For my new house I was able to receive the key a few weeks earlier because I could move calmly every day a little instead of everything in a short time, very pleasant. Thank you!

I rented here from March to November 2020. I am very dissatisfied. My €800 deposit was refunded after 10 weeks (after many disgruntled emails and phone calls). During the summer, I paid a monthly €80 advance for heating costs. This money has never been returned to me. Martijn is bad to unreachable and his administration responds brusquely. I advise against this mediator!

This is usually after one year and after the VVE meeting, which has not yet taken place due to COVID-19. In addition, there is also a service charge invoice such as Electra common spaces etc., as agreed in your lease agreement. This is also included in your lease agreement.
