We switched from another VVE manager to GewoonVVEbeheer. What a relief that was. Communication is clear and they adhere well to agreements. The switch went smoothly and could have been even better if the previous manager had kept to their agreements. Problems are adequately addressed, even just before the holidays, the issue that arose was still resolved. VVE Prince Hendrik quarter.

Since January 2025, GVB has been managing our park with 74 bungalows. We are very satisfied with their work so far. The follow-up is good and they are easy to reach.

We, as the HOA, are more than satisfied and think along with our association. Our complex consists of 78 apartments and has been well guided by us since its new construction. Our HOA is satisfied.

Having switched from our previous manager to Gewoon VvE Management, as the board, we can rightfully say that we are being assisted as an association. Emails are quickly replied to, calls are answered and we receive good support. There is frequent contact between the management and us as the board. We have regular contact with our relationship manager who is available. Overall, we are pleased. Therefore, we can recommend Gewoon VvE Management.

When I had to move out of my old house, I was happy to get a new one through the rental mediation service. Thank you very much for this! Unfortunately, there are also some drawbacks. I have never received an invoice for gas and electricity from my old house since March 2023. Also, I've been trying for three months now to get my solar panels working. Every time it's said that they will look into it, but so far nothing has been resolved...
