Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience with this real estate agent. A strange lady who seemed somewhat shady. I spent an entire 4 hours in the car to view a property that turned out to be severely disappointing upon arrival. Nothing about this was mentioned beforehand, neither in writing nor over the phone. It struck me that the agent immediately started talking about her positive reviews on Funda. If you're so good, it seems? This actually raises suspicion when people want to profile themselves right away. And these suspicions turned out to be justified. The tenant was more honest about her rental property than the real estate agent herself. Additionally, I only found out during the viewing that the lease agreement is with the rent committee. The agent wants to change the lease agreement because it's incorrect but forgets for convenience that changing the rental income would no longer be guaranteed for the investor. This too was not mentioned beforehand. The poor condition of the property and the issues with the lease agreement are both points that potential buyers absolutely should have known about in advance. Unfortunately, thanks to this real estate agent, I've wasted a lot (expensive!) time and money. Absolutely avoid this real estate agency!
