Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience with this real estate agent. A strange lady who even seemed a bit shady. I sat in my car for no less than 4 hours to view a property which turned out to be a big disappointment upon arrival. There had been no prior information about this, neither in writing nor by phone. It was noticeable that the real estate agent immediately started posting positive reviews on funda. If you're so good, it turns out? It actually raises suspicion when people want to promote themselves immediately. And that suspicion turned out to be justified. The tenant was more honest about her rental property than the real estate agent herself. Moreover, I only found out during the viewing that the lease agreement is with the rental agency. The real estate agent wants to change the lease agreement because it doesn't match but forgets for the convenience that the rent income for the investor would no longer be guaranteed. This was also not told to me in advance. The poor condition of the property and the lease agreement issues are both points that potential buyers absolutely need to know in advance. Unfortunately, I have wasted a lot of (expensive!) time and money thanks to this real estate agent. Absolute no go this real estate agency!

"Dear Madam, First of all, thank you for your review. I can honestly say that I have fully informed you and certainly withheld no defects. You were allowed to inspect the property together with the tenant of the property. And you did not proceed to purchase. You therefore incurred no costs at all. The rental agreement was drawn up at that time by another real estate agent. That you were disappointed after the viewing is unfortunate, but twisting facts also leads to disappointments."
