As an agent, she does what she has to do! She doesn't get involved with the finances; that's clear! Due to all the digital changes, I got a bit nervous and ended up at the wrong notary for my house (the sale). So that's on me and my age, not Ester. She sticks to the agreement we made! Until recently, I found Funda very unclear and had little use for it!

Helaas een zeer teleurstellende ervaring met deze makelaar. Vreemde mevrouw die zelfs wat louche overkwam. Ik heb maar liefst 4u in de auto gezeten om een woning te bezichtigen welke bij aankomst zwaar tegenviel. Hier was van te voren niets over gemeld, zowel schriftelijk als telefonisch niet. Het viel op dat makelaar direct over haar goede punten beoordelingen op funda begon. Als je zo goed bent, blijkt dit? Het wekt juist argwaan op als mensen zichzelf direct willen profileren. En die argwaan bleek terecht. Huurster was eerlijker over haar huurwoning dan makelaar zelf. Daarnaast kreeg ik pas tijdens de bezichtiging te horen dat huurcontract bij huurcommissie ligt. Makelaar wil huurcontract veranderen, omdat deze niet klopt maar vergeet voor het gemak dat huur opbrengst voor belegger dan niet gewaarborgd meer zou zijn. Ook dit is mij van te voren niet verteld. De slechte staat van het pand en de huurcontract problematiek zijn beiden punten die potentiële kopers absoluut van te voren dienen te weten. Helaas heb ik dankzij deze makelaar een hoop (kostbare!) tijd en geld weggegooid. Absolute no go deze makelaardij!

"Beste mevrouw , Allereerst bedankt voor uw beoordeling. Ik kan in alle eerlijkheid zeggen dat ik u te goeder trouw voorgelicht heb en zeker geen gebreken achtergehouden heb. U heeft de woning mogen inspecteren samen met de huurder van het pand. En bent niet overgegaan tot koop. U heeft daarmee ook totaal geen kosten gemaakt. Het huurcontract is destijds door een andere makelaar opgemaakt. Dat u na de bezichtiging teleurgesteld bent is jammer, maar het verdraaien van feiten levert ook teleurstellingen op."
