Grotenhuis has wonderfully guided the sale of the property. Prior to the process, expert and thorough advice was provided, and all steps of the sale were carried out according to agreement and within the set timeframe. Even when other parties were involved - we could hand everything over and leave it to Grotenhuis. In between, we were kept up-to-date at all times; the entire team contributed to this. An extremely pleasant experience!

Altijd spannend hoe een makelaar functioneert.Nou ... deze is nog beter dan ik van anderen gehoord had ... kwaliteit, betrokkenheid, continu informeren over status ( en ook geen overkill) en een vriendelijkheid die je nauwelijks nog vindt. Indrukwekkend.Als al mij relaties zo zouden acteren, wat is de wereld dan mooi!Te mooi voor woorden ... zou je bijna denken maar dit is echte Betrokkenheid en Service in hoofdletters. (Hoofdletters lukt niet in deze review, maar ze staan er wel)Twijfel je nog om Grotenhuis in te zetten voor jou woning, appartement, niet twijfelen, gewoon doen en je wordt Blij!

In onze zoektocht naar een nieuwe woning heb ik meermaals gebruik gemaakt van Grotenhuis Makelaardij als aankoopmakelaar. Waar zij zich allereerst in onderscheiden, is dat zij naast begeleiding in het gehele aankoopproces, ook werken op basis van deeldiensten. Ideaal in onze situatie want binnen een kort tijdsbestek moesten wij een woning vinden en waren hierbij niet gebonden aan het specifieke werkgebied van de makelaar. Inmiddels hebben wij onze droomwoning aangekocht, een woning die helaas buiten het werkgebied van Grotenhuis Makelaardij viel. Dat neemt niet weg dat wij Fabian enorm dankbaar voor de kennis die wij dankzij hem hebben opgedaan (zoals waar we op moeten letten bij de aanschaf van een woning en wat een zeer afgewerkte woning in de huidige woningmarkt ongeveer waard is). Ik ben ervan overtuigd dat dit mij zonder deze kennis anders (nog) niet gelukt was. In de toekomst komt er vast en zeker een moment waarop wij terugkeren naar deze omgeving, Grotenhuis Makelaardij zal dan absoluut de eerste makelaar zijn die ik bij mijn zoektocht zal betrekken. Fabian, nogmaals enorm bedankt voor alles wat je voor ons hebt kunnen betekenen! Je bent een geweldige makelaar met enorm veel kennis, dit samen met je altijd vriendelijke en positieve uitstraling onderscheidt je als professional binnen je vakgebied en als makelaar binnen de omgeving.

Very nice and professional assistance from Sander van Grotenhuis Real Estate. We were very well advised about the moment our house should be put on the market and the sales strategy. This resulted in a quick sale with a good selling price. Contact with the office secretariat was also very pleasant. They call when necessary, but small matters and confirmations are handled via WhatsApp, so you always stay informed about the process without being unnecessarily called. Very nice.
