Een fijn en betrouwbaar makelaarskantoor. Vriendelijke medewerkers die je altijd te woord staan. Ze hebben ons met de verkoop van het huis van mijn tante uitstekendgeholpen. Fabian en zijn kantoorteam hebben ons grotendeels alles uit handen genomen wat zeer fijn was omdat we niet in de buurt van Dieren wonen.

De makelaar (Sander Spohr) voelde goed aan wat bij ons past en had een goede kennis van de bouwkundige constructie van het huis. Hij kon ons op dingen wijzen die wij niet zouden zien. Hij kent de markt in de regio Doesburg goed, was zeer goed bereikbaar, dacht mee en wist precies wanneer het ijzer gesmeed moest worden. Hij heeft voor ons uitstekend onderhandeld, wat heel gunstig uitpakte. Duizend maal dank, Sander!
