Fabian Grotenhuis is a very competent real estate agent. In the first meeting, we already got the impression that Fabian has a lot of experience and works in great detail. Given the current market, setting a asking price was not easy, but Fabian came up with a good story and a realistic proposal. The communication with both Fabian and other office staff was excellent. We never had to wait long for an answer and we received updates even before we asked for them. Fabian also gave extensive styling advice that allowed us to perfectly prepare the house for sale. Our house was ultimately sold at a very good price, which is definitely due to Fabian and his team's efforts. Grotenhuis Real Estate also works well digitally, making it easy to provide all necessary documents and information. And, not unimportantly, Fabian, Mira, and their colleagues are simply lovely people.

Sander heeft ons fijn geholpen , geen vraag was te gek.Ons zoek gebied was erg groot dus hij kon niet altijd mee naar een bezichtiging maar hij zorgde dat hij linksom of rechtsom toch aan de info kwam vandaar betreffende huis. Sander kon goed inschatten wat de prijzen deden en goed advies geven .Ook de “ achterban “ op kantoor was goed bereikbaar en op de hoogte.Zeer tevreden over deze makelaar en zijn kantoor.
