Fabian is an extremely competent real estate agent. In the first meeting, we already got the impression that Fabian has a lot of experience and works in great detail. Given the current market conditions, setting a listing price was not easy, but Fabian came up with a good story and a realistic proposal. The communication with both Fabian and the other office staff was excellent. We never had to wait long for an answer and we received updates even before we asked for them. Our house was ultimately sold at a very good price, which is definitely due to Fabian and his team.

We have been treated carefully. Our apartment has been sold at a price we are satisfied with. We will rent an apartment that is still under construction and if everything goes well, it will be occupied by us in 11 years from now.
