A month ago, I came across Online Woningbrochure by chance. Soon after, an appointment was made with the young and passionate entrepreneur Mitchel, and it quickly became clear that everything had been exceptionally well and cleverly thought out. By developing this in collaboration with and for independent real estate agents, you get a particularly beautiful and thoughtful program, which is a welcome addition to current service offerings. I immediately saw enormous possibilities, and after just one month, I have only discovered a fraction of the features, but my enthusiasm has grown significantly. Just the simplicity of the questionnaires, the handy bidding process (including bid logbook), the automatic translation of property texts, the beautiful pre-announcement of the presentation to your clients – all these are matters with clear and distinguishing added value, not to mention the time savings it provides. The nice thing is also that Mitchel remains hands-on and continues to develop. Top site, recommended for all independent real estate agents… outside The Hague region too😉

Together with Mitchel from Online Property Brochures, I worked on excellent questionnaires and other documents for the sales and rental process that customers can conveniently fill out completely and customize entirely according to their own insight. We are also phasing out the evaluation system, studying individual property websites per property and other tools to see how we can use them effectively. This is a welcome addition to being customer-oriented.
