Despite an unpleasant experience with the first potential buyer that Maison could not control, everything was quickly back in order. Within 1 week another buyer was found and now a provisional contract has been signed. The new buyer looks very reliable so we are very satisfied with how things are progressing.

Mr. Lankfeld was very helpful, incredibly friendly, well-informed about the market, and always ready to assist us. Also his wife Petra, whom I usually spoke with on the phone, was always equally friendly, helpful, and had a very attentive ear. The speed of the purchase was not ideal due to the fault of the buyers, but despite that everyone maintained their patience and showed full commitment. I would therefore recommend Maison Makelaars Graafschap Midden to anyone.
