He also took the time to answer our questions and provide additional information about what our son could arrange in advance, which is the best thing for us. !!!Beware of this party!!! We bought a house where Maison was the selling party. Because they claimed there was 'urgency', they arranged for a structural inspection through a 'known party'. The structural inspection did not cover any of what later turned out to be wrong with the property (including a leaking spout wall, water literally pouring from the ceiling). The sales agent (André) shot himself in the foot several times during the selling process because he was not satisfied with our offer and has no up-to-date knowledge. He also makes significant mistakes; for example, he forgot to take meter readings when the property was sold, causing a lot of trouble. When we approached him about the reported defects, he simply stated: 'I did not fill out the sales list'. He forgets that he has an obligation to investigate and that the selling party may not conceal any serious defects. The structural inspection was carried out by a party with whom Maison colludes and it was certainly not performed carefully. Fortunately, there is a legal system in the Netherlands to resolve such matters. We can't expect anything from Maison. In response to Maison's message: There was indeed a purchasing agent. However, your reaction exactly confirms the point I want to bring forward. There is zero understanding/experience in your reaction. The only thing you are trying to achieve with this reaction is to clean up your own street. You do not address the mistakes made throughout the entire process either. This also confirms the unprofessional and sometimes even emotional attitude of this club. Stay away, they only bring trouble as evidenced by the many negative reviews. My experience remains: a worthless party that should not be allowed to call themselves agents
