Excellent service and communication. The price-quality ratio is very difficult. Currently, I live in Utrecht where the commission rate is lower than what Maison brokers charge.

!!!Beware of this party!!! We bought a house where Maison was the selling party. Because they claimed there was 'urgency', they arranged for a structural inspection through a 'known party'. The structural inspection did not cover any of what later turned out to be wrong with the property (including a leaking spout wall, water literally pouring from the ceiling). The sales agent (André) shot himself in the foot several times during the selling process because he was not satisfied with our offer and has no up-to-date knowledge. He also makes significant mistakes; for example, he forgot to take meter readings when the property was sold, causing a lot of trouble. When we approached him about the reported defects, he simply stated: 'I did not fill out the sales list'. He forgets that he has an obligation to investigate and that the selling party may not conceal any serious defects. The structural inspection was carried out by a party with whom Maison colludes and it was certainly not performed carefully. Fortunately, there is a legal system in the Netherlands to resolve such matters. We can't expect anything from Maison. In response to Maison's message: There was indeed a purchasing agent. However, your reaction exactly confirms the point I want to bring forward. There is zero understanding/experience in your reaction. The only thing you are trying to achieve with this reaction is to clean up your own street. You do not address the mistakes made throughout the entire process either. This also confirms the unprofessional and sometimes even emotional attitude of this club. Stay away, they only bring trouble as evidenced by the many negative reviews. My experience remains: a worthless party that should not be allowed to call themselves agents

André is altijd zeer correct, goed bereikbaar en hij luistert goed naar al onze vragen/ wensen en ideeën. Hij komt zijn afspraken goed na. Heeft een goede onderhandelingsstrategie., en houdt daarbij ook zeker rekening met de strategieën van de klant. André heeft ons bijgestaan als aankoopmakelaar en als verkoopmakelaar. Wij kunnen Maison echt aanraden als je een woning voornemens bent te kopen of te verkopen.

A realtor who tells fairy tales sells supposedly move-in-ready homes with enormous defects and hidden problems. When you point this out to him, he refers you to legal aid. A big swindler and thief. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS REALTOR, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

"Altijd jammer als een klant ons slecht beoordeeld. Gelukkig kunnen we daar wel een reactie opgeven. Dat het visueel een instapper woning was heeft de klant zelf ook ervaren anders zou de woning niet gekocht hebben. Dat er nadien zaken naar voren komen die niet kloppen is helder en daarvoor zet de makelaar zich in om dat met verkoper te bespreken en daarvoor is ook een vergoeding overeengekomen. Daar konden partijen zich in vinden. Nu blijkt dat er meer zaken spelen wordt de makelaar hiervoor verantwoordelijk gehouden terwijl hij een claim kan neerleggen bij verkopers. Maar meneer wilt dit niet heeft geen rechtsbijstandverzekering heeft zich niet laten begeleiden door een aankoopmakelaar en heeft geen bouwkundige keuring laten uitvoeren. Een tip voor iedereen als je een woning koopt schakel een aankoopmakelaar in en laat je goed adviseren over een bouwkundige keuring. Wij hebben als makelaar nooit iets te verbergen maar kunnen helaas niet instaan voor de informatie die verkoper geeft. Maarten Pijnenborgh eigenaar Maison Makelaars"
