Bad experience. Firstly, the real estate agent is a complete jerk, (the woman was really nice though). Additionally, the tour was an enormous disappointment. Nothing useful was told in terms of information. We would also have liked more information about the history of the house; we found out ourselves that it had been used for drugs. At the handover, the sellers said that the gas was shut off and therefore there was no hot water... In practice, this almost NEVER happens. The agent didn't say a word, should have known this. We had to solve this ourselves (turned out the boiler wasn't properly installed).

The real estate agent was truly not aware of something that happened in 2016 which I have since been able to discover through some research. It is always difficult to get this kind of information clear when a client does not talk about it. That the CV boiler did not work is also unpleasant to hear, but if the gas has been turned off we unfortunately cannot check that during a final inspection.
