The agent André always showed patience, so my mother also understood how the sale of her house was progressing. Friendly, competent, clear agreements. Top-notch. I would promote this real estate agency to people who want to sell their homes around Doetinchem.

We had a pleasant experience with both the real estate agent Andre Lankveld and his office during our sale process as the selling party, we were well guided. In the current volatile housing market, the agent took an extra step for both the seller and buyer, which includes not only communication methods but also (extra) availability of the agent. We believe this approach makes a difference in the real estate industry.

An excellent real estate agent. Friendly yet decisive. Realistic about possibilities and impossibilities. Exactly the kind of agent you want when selling something as significant as your home. The market was very unstable at the time we sold our house, making it chaotic and stressful for both buyers and sellers. Everyone has an opinion on the value of the house and offers unsolicited advice. It is a great relief to meet Andre Lankveld from Maison real estate. He is helpful for both the buying and selling side.

Hi, I was looking for an agent who would sell our house. I didn't want nice weather talk but someone who wanted to do business with me. I wanted to sell my home without being dragged along by emotions. Businesslike. I'm a novice in this field; I've bought one house but never sold one. I was looking for someone who could sell it well through knowledge of the trade and not just through smooth talk or having another agenda. And I found the best agent, André Lankveld from Maison Makelaars Graafschap Midden!!! The reason why I'll tell you this. He came to us for a valuation. This conversation was already refreshing because he knew what he was talking about, clearly had knowledge of the subject through what he said and how, straight to the point honest and clear without any pretense. And that's what I was looking for, with him I wanted to do business. He would fight for us. André told me at the end of our conversation, if you want to sell it well then now is the time. Oh, this went too fast for me. I wasn't ready to do it all in one minute. This I gave back to him, that I wanted to do business but not yet, I still had to prepare myself. I had a plan, house cleaned up (as good as empty) and if André could wait for that then we would start the process together 😃 He could, after about 1.5 months later I called André, I was ready, if he was also ready then we would start this process together. He took us step by step, clearly explained what was going to happen. Photography by Bas Weetink (I was very nervous, whether my house had been cleaned up enough) Bas gave me all the confidence that it would be fine. AND THAT'S WHAT IT WAS, the photos and the video with music underneath were beautiful!! Again I got nervous immediately thinking the photos are prettier than reality, this I shared with André, he let me know again, it's really going to work out. Registering on Funda and sharing on Facebook. And then waiting for inquiries. You don't want to know how fast all of this went we had 13 people who wanted to come see in one week WAUW. These viewings were taken by André and his partner alone. In the meantime, I had email contact with Petra, whom I could ask everything and send emails she needed for the sale. This was also a very nice and warm contact Thank you Petra!! Then we had to wait a week if anyone wanted to make an offer. And yes after one week André called me with a relieving beautiful answer, we have offers. And so for me, the best agent has proven his words in all respects!!! In every way!! André does what he says, honestly and sincerely, he doesn't just listen but he hears what you say.
