Very good knowledge of the local market and provided well-considered advice. Also had good, clear, and friendly communication. Sometimes I might have wanted a bit more initiative to speed up the sale, although you don't entirely have that in your control. Overall very pleased with the final result.

"Thank you for your review. At the start of the sale, the asking price was immediately received, however, it was decided in consultation to continue with the sales process. When a new sales process was restarted last month, at our advice, the property was made more attractive, particularly the back garden, which directly resulted in a successful sale. As real estate agents, we also advised and adequately supported as needed during this sales process. We are very satisfied with the 'quick' sale result achieved when restarting the sale."
