Pleasant in dealing, well accessible. The price was, in my opinion, set a bit too high but considering the market conditions, I think it's still an acceptable amount for the customer. The staff were well informed about the situation. This real estate agent doesn't need a recommendation; everywhere I cycle around Walcheren, I only see one name: 'Te Koop or Sold by Wisse'.

He gave a clear explanation of the structure of the valuation and their fee. Throughout the process, the agent or office was always easily reachable and responded quickly to emails. Also provided good explanations for questions.
