I recently rented an apartment through Brugvast Makelaardij in Eindhoven and am extremely satisfied with the entire process. From the first contact moment to after the key handover, the service was of top quality. The viewings went smoothly, professionally, and without any pressure. The communication was clear, fast, and transparent, always allowing space for questions or clarification. Also, the administrative handling of the rental contract and all necessary documentation was excellently organized – accurately, carefully, and without hassle. Even after the key handover, questions are still quickly picked up and resolved. Brugvast is a definite recommendation, not only for tenants but also if you want to sell or rent out your home. They also offer management services if as an owner you want to be completely relieved.
