I did not expect this at all and I am quite shocked by it. An appointment for viewing and advancing other appointments, and then selling the property to someone out of nowhere, while there hasn't even been an offer yet. I seriously advised him to come live in our fortress [town/village], but now that person has a sour feeling of distrust towards us. We also had a conversation about their situation and the significant overvaluation of their previous home... And then suddenly everything became possible. I know what happens in real estate, but this didn't seem likely to happen in Elburg. I'm sorry for posting a negative review, but this shouldn't be happening, you know. Well, free market dynamics can work both ways.
