The contact with the real estate agent we experienced as very pleasant. There was always an adequate response to questions and remarks every time. Even in cases of 'no reply', the agent would quickly reach out, without any issues during evening hours or weekends. No effort seemed too much. The approach in the sales process was very proactive, and it was also beneficial that the sale of our home, the purchase by the buyers, and ultimately the purchase of our new house were handled by one and the same real estate agent. All praise to the employees of the company!
