I had experience with this real estate agent when buying the apartment that is now being sold, and I did not hesitate for a moment to entrust the sale to them. Unlike my experiences with previous agents, Mr. Van der Linde takes his time, and has thorough knowledge of (the history) of the property, neighbors, and the surroundings. Also, the other staff members at the office quickly, friendly, and competently answer all questions. In short, it is a pleasant real estate agency that truly gives the impression of doing their utmost for their clients.

The sale had to proceed at a high pace. I felt that if we had taken more time, we could have attracted more viewers with potentially higher bids. Especially during the Coronavirus period when people refrain from viewing appointments due to illness. Ultimately, an acceptable price was received though.

Contact with the real estate agent went very well, all appointments followed quickly at the agreed times. Super good photographer who set everything beautifully in photos and videos. Appointments were clear and always kept, additionally we were kept very well informed during viewings and also during the bidding process.
