Als je je huis soepel en netjes wilt (laten) verkopen moet je bij van der Linde makelaardij zijn!! Echt super hoe het contact verliep en alle extra dingen die nog 'even' voor onze nieuwe woning uitgezocht werden. Alleen maar lof van onze kant!!

Het contact verliep prettig.Deskundig, meedenkend.Stelde zelfs een hogere bedrag als wat ik zelf met mijn kinderen bedacht had.Na de bezichtingen kon ik niet zien dat er zoveel mensen door mijn huis gelopen hadden. Mijn naam is Mevrouw Gezina Lokhorst!

Let me start by saying that my house has been sold, so that's good news. Additionally, I will immediately admit that I am very critical, but that, in my opinion, is acceptable for this type of cost. That said, here is my review (Funda remains here to complain). There are a number of things that, in my opinion, did not go well. In my view, a real estate agent arriving late for a viewing is a sin. Coming too early with the viewers (forgetting to communicate the earlier time) also does not help. Furthermore, I find the real estate agent fees in the Netherlands absurdly high, which makes the price / quality ratio really insufficient for me. Also, when I look at the use of digital possibilities available in 2020, it disappoints me that it stays with Funda and Facebook.
