Broker van der Linde communicated clearly and transparently how he wanted to position the house in the market and what strategy he had in mind. In hindsight, the strategy worked well, resulting in the house being sold quickly. Between viewings, there was always communication about how the viewings had gone and any potential expectations were indicated.
