Our real estate agent, Jan-Willem Knol, we experienced as an honest, very friendly, attentive, and considerate person with good knowledge of the subject matter. He knows the local market well and accurately valued our home. He kept us well informed about the progress and had a keen eye for identifying potential buyers among visitors. Within a month, the house was sold. He took care of all administrative hassle off our hands and gladly went the extra mile when we asked or even initiated things on his own accord. We also experienced contact with the office as very positive; the staff were all extremely friendly and handled everything perfectly. The commission is comparable to other real estate agencies, but the difference lies in the personal approach which we found very pleasant and what made us choose Van Der Linde Real Estate. Overall, a real estate agent whom we can wholeheartedly recommend!
