We hebben gisteren 29-12-2022 dan uiteindelijk getekend na drie keer uitstel heeft Marco het toch voor elkaar gekregen dat de verkoop nog door kon gaan TOP bedankt Marco. Homi Markelaars is nog niet zo bekent maar Marco brengt hier snel verandering in Marco doet wat hij zegt komt al zijn afspraken na hij werkt echt voor zijn geld. Ik had niet echt veel vertrouwen in de makelarij maar Marco heeft het tegendeel echt bewezen je kunt echt de verkoop van het huis in handen geven bij Marco een hard werkende makelaar. Doet wat hij zegt maakt mooie video's/foto's presenterend het huis op een goede manier. Geeft een eerlijk advies ook als dit minder positief is voor de verkopende partij. Homi makelaars komt er wel in Twente zeker met Marco Kemps aan het roer. Marco nogmaals BEDANKT Met vriendelijke Groet, Ruben

From the start, the contact was already pleasant. Marco gave an honest, sober account of the housing market and the expectations for selling our house. During our meeting, it became clear that he had already thought thoroughly about how he wanted to approach the sale. He also followed through on his word. After an open day, we received the first offer, and one and a half weeks later, the house was sold. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend him.
