We had a fantastic experience with Homi Makelaars. We met Marco Kemps twice and the viewings with him were not only informative, but also just really nice. He gave us more information about the area and our options than any other real estate agent and was also incredibly honest. He was also the only real estate agent who scheduled viewings in the evenings or on weekends, which was very convenient. He even contacted us when he had another property that he thought would be suitable for us. He absolutely has the best interests of the buyer in mind and an excellent ethics. For example, he even called us when a property we had viewed received an offer from someone else, so that we could also make an offer. Although we ultimately chose another property, Marco Kemps even offered to help with the processing of all documents. Really, only positive experiences.
