Een gedegen en betrouwbare indruk van NAMACO Aa & Hunze als totale organisatie. De heer van der Ark, onze makelaar, heeft een zakelijke benadering, maar met een persoonlijk touch. Zakelijkheid, in de zin van het beste voor de verkopende partij realiseren, staat bij hem voorop. Snel en goed bereikbaar, vinden wij een belangrijk punt, in deze tijd van vaak bij andere bedrijven lang in de wacht te worden gezet. Bij NAMACO dus niet. Zowel het verkoopproces als de afhandeling na de verkoop is met zorg opgepakt. Optimale en prima klant begeleiding van start tot afronding. Al met al tevreden over een makelaar die zijn vak verstaat.

Review regarding the sale of a holiday home in Kremmer. Fijko knows the regulations and the owners of the holiday park, which makes the communication smooth. He follows through on our appointments and is friendly. He informs us every time after a viewing. And we also have an excellent contact with the office, for the documents and appointments. In the end, we had very little work ourselves on the sale.

Bij de verkoop van ons huis via Namaco hadden we het voordeel van korte lijntjes en een snelle afhandeling. Namaco is kundig en professioneel. Bij vragen heb je direct contact en na elke bezichtiging kregen we een bericht over hoe het verliep. De verwachting van een bod werd daarbij vermeld. Zo wisten we goed waar we aan toe waren.
