A while ago, I showed interest for the first time in an apartment offered by Boer Makelaardij. At their request, I sent a large amount of information, after which I heard nothing from them. After two weeks, I called them anyway. What I received were apologies for not having provided feedback and a promise that it would not happen again in the future. Meanwhile, it has been three weeks since I responded for the second time and sent my data; still no response from Boer Makelaardij. The lady on the phone just gave as an excuse that it had to do with the implementation of GDPR... That is obviously a poor excuse for bad service. I am glad that in the meantime, through another agency, I have been able to find a rental property.
