From three offers that we had requested, we chose Boer. That was certainly because the offer was the best and most elaborated, but especially because it left the best feeling behind. The broker from Boer asked and listened mostly, and spoke a lot less themselves. The property that we sold is quite large (read: in terms of price) and stands on an excellent location, but also requires attention and has 'something' pending maintenance. To find a buyer willing to offer a suitable price for it in a rapidly changing market was not easy, but the couple who bought the house fits perfectly with the house according to us. Again that good feeling. Throughout the entire process, Boer guided us professionally, transparently and cheerfully. This professionalism manifested itself among other things in a realistic asking price and an appropriate strategy, but also in advice to reject a certain offer or not yet lower the asking price. Our (many!) questions were answered quickly and clearly. What I found remarkable is how the different employees of Boer seamlessly step in for each other. Although we dealt with several people within the office, this never came at the cost of the process. In addition, there was attention to human aspects, such as dealing with various feelings when selling your father's house whom you have just lost. As said, we are very happy with the buyers, and could not wish for better representation than how Boer handled it. Thank you!
