Ongelooflijk blij dat ik heb gekozen voor de Boer makelaardij. Zowel Robert als Carla zijn echte vakmensen. En ook de medewerkers van de binnendienst zijn zeer prettig in contact. Het contact verliep iedere keer heel snel, soepel en super fijn. Alle vragen, hoe klein soms ook, werden direct serieus genomen en behandeld. Dankzij de Boer mijn huis verkocht en een ander prachtig huis aangekocht.

After we made an offer on a house, we hear nothing from them. The first time we call ourselves after 3 days, there is still no information available. After 6 days we call again and find out the house has been sold to someone else. Can't they at least give us a little hint or send an email? Bad experience

Sinds augustus vorig jaar was ik ingeschreven bij Boer Makelaardij. Sebastiaan is 2 keer als aankoopmakelaar aanwezig geweest bij een bezichtiging en heeft goede adviezen gegeven. ik kon duidelijk merken dat hij zich ook verdiepte in de gegevens van de huizen. Ik kan hem zeker aanbevelen! Inmiddels zelf een huurappartement gevonden buiten Gouda, dus samenwerking is daarom beëindigd.

In mei hebben wij een appartement bezocht dat was aangeboden door Boer Makelaar. Voorafgaande de bezichtiging hadden wij een aantal vragen gemaild. Bij de bezichtiging kregen wij te horen dat hij de vragen niet had doorgenomen. Bovendien zat hij op zijn mobiel terwijl wij het appartement aan het kijken waren. Wij hadden echter verwacht dat hij ons wat meer zou vertellen over het appartement. Wij vonden het erg onprofessioneel. Gelukkig hebben wij inmiddels een woning gekocht via een andere makelaar die ons serieus heeft genomen.
